What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.7 at 6am this morning! should get up early more often.

Leaving London for the day and off up to the Midlands to see my university and catch up with some young relatives for an important 8th birthday. Curry on the menu! Best steer clear of the rice.

Hope everyone has a lovely Thursday.

Budapest! how lovely.

6.7 myself this morning, so snap!

On my travels but not anywhere terribly glamorous. Off to Leicester to check in with my university.

Great news on the sugars, so pleased.

Blimey tense or what Debandez...we had our boiler fitted the first weekend we moved here...blasted nightmare without hot water & heating...well done for being so resourceful and finding the part.

well a triple snap with goonergal and John E green ...exactly 5 ...My morning yesterday was spent doing Yoga which if you have never done it is the most difficult thing in the world ( unless you have been doing it a while , they tell me) ... but according to my local sports coach "an essential part of the five pillars of health" ( what ever they are)... On the floor next to me yesterday was an eighty year old woman who looked sub 60 and moved like a much much younger person than me. Its only my third session but I think its going to become my Wednesday morning go to....

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and all who work in the medical profession and have to put up with me's
Since last Saturday my morning readings have been Sun 6.4, 6.2, 5.2, 6.5 and today 5.7.
We had family staying over the weekend, then a deluge of hospital appointments, numerous phone calls from the hospital and GP's and 1 minor operation. Hopefully today will be medically free. Tomorrow will be serious blood tests, the results might be used against me :-( . Then I think I might be appointment free for a week or so.

Well folks they say confession is good for the soul, other fish available. When I started to type what my readings have been it was a real struggle not to type a serous book on the history of Chaos and also pornography, but I thought a few might not see the humourous side. I do now understand why meteorologists talk about butterflies. Personally I would rather talk about Jane aged 23 from Clacton on the Wirrel.
Have a good day folks me's intend to, but today I shall be under close supervision. :-(
