What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning all, gone back to living in England again here with single digit temps, grey skies and a dampness in the air which isn't quite rain but requires a waterproof to go out. 5.2 on the sugar front though . This is pleasing to me as I've had a booze free week and I've never been entirely sure how red wine affects my numbers. I've just started a new regime of adding vitamin K2 and D3 to my diet, I'm keeping a slightly better food/ number diary to see if I cant make a little more sense of this. Have a great week end all, if you possibly can ....

We are off to borrow a spaniel puppy in a minute - my daughter signed up with ‘borrow my dog’ which connects people who own dogs but need help walking them, and those who miss walking a dog. She has 2 regulars, Sidney is completely bonkers but adorable so it’ll be a busy day.

yes i am being made redundant on the 11th march as the home i currently work in is closing down i had an interview for another home 2 weeks ago and i am just waiting for a start date subject to checks but am keeping my options open i have been in my current job for 20 years and feel like im starting all over again

Work on agenda for me this weekend as keen to free up some time to support my mum as needed. Also much prefer to work when weather poor - can’t abide being indoors when sun shining!
Hope everyone has a good weekend and enjoys various outings and activities hope weather not as poor as forecasted
