0630 and everyone is still snuggled in bed, except me at 6.3
Amazing time compression there - engagement to baptism overnight. I'm in awe of those guys. No withdrawal period obviously.Out last night to an engagement party so picking at the buffet like a vulture at a carcass- pealing sausage rolls and pork pies, shunning the sandwiches and filling up on salad. Oh! Chicken goujons - result.
So a jabberwocky of a 6.0 on the frumious chance wheel of fun and bewilderment at 0700 this morning.
Round two will be a christening at lunch time today - boing! Said Zeberdee.

4.7 today

@ianpspurs I'm not an ultra low catber/ keto body either, I try to keep my daily average to between 50 and 80g of carb, which mostly works for me - to each his own

That is what I normaly would be doing but looking back over the last week I have rarely gone above 40 gms of carbs on any dayI'm not an ultra low catber/ keto body either, I try to keep my daily average to between 50 and 80g of carb, which mostly works for me - to each his own

Diet still needs work - 3.5 years in all I know is Keto and me can't happily co-exist for a whole week. Great journeys unfolding on here so well done guys. @SaskiaKC, @jjraak, @Bubbsie and all who wander off the LC evangelists yellow brick road - a very old take on that is
Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean.
Certainly none by me but the Pearl Clutchers would have needed the brown paper bags and possibly oxygenBlimey ian thank goodness I didn't mention the battered cod with those chips...lord knows what wrath would have been visited upon me![]()
