I will be back for another grand national tomorrow. Hoping my ultra low carb day gets me to the 4s. Dont want to go to Hawaii tomorrow Aintree for me.

What a wonderful costume!!! My daughters school decided to ask all kids to wear pyjamas and take their favourite bedtime story in so as not to put pressure on parents to buy costumes. On one hand I understand the idea, on the other I was gutted not to have to get creative!

I think the first one I ever saw was in a Quarter Horse race. Hurrah for good handicappers!

Three finger pricks this morning, three different results (5.4, 4.8 and 5.0) -- might have to check the battery on my meter. Going with the two closest to each other and then averaging them. So, 4.9 this morning.
