What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Good morning all,
4.7

We are supposed to get a light dusting of snow this morning, possibly turning to rain. Back in a long sleeved jumper (sweater to us) and winter coat. It's supposed to be spring, I want to wear my spring coat and short sleeves.

Helping my mother-in-law buy a new computer today, when she bought a mobile phone recently, the salesman took advantage of her lack of knowledge and sold her a vastly overpriced phone.

Good morning everyone from a balmy morning in Texas. I must say that for a Brit, sporting a tan in April is quite novel. Will I be detained at Heathrow on our return? Best dye my beard just to make sure.
The wheel of misfortune had it’s all too brief 14 day life yesterday and, like a butterfly after it’s brief mating dance, was blown into the wind in the circle of life.
The newly fitted wheel huffed and puffed into life and in a display of cognitive dissonance and ignoring the lucid faclicy, uttered an interesting 5.6.
Have a great day if you can, we plan to do a bit of grocery shopping (only 30 miles to the supermarket) and then slouch like salted egg-plants under the trees in the back yard, sipping and a yipping with a holler and a swaller.
Felicity or fat lizzy? chacun:angelic:

Lots and lots of sugar because kitties are so sweet. :)

...

And on a different note:

Had I lived back in my grandfather's day I would have wanted a Winchester 1873. I saw one in the 1900 Sears catalog and I figured it would be handy having a rifle that took the same cartridges as a Colt .44.
