GOOOOOD morning everybody! No hypo last night Woke up with 5.3 reading ...and seems like splitting night time doze of Lantus into 2 smaller dozes is my answer (for now) for a good night sleep. I feel like I have energy to do all sorts..

6.2..ok with that. I was SO HUNGRY and SO COLD in the middle of the night that I HAD to had slice of cracker bread with load of butter on to able to sleep....no insulin though! Had VERY physical day yesterday and I should have realized to eat bit more or make the food 'richer'. Still learning.....
