    Gone off the rails, this last week. Will try harder to get back on track this week. Unlike @chloegeek, I think I know the problem, eating too many "goodies".

    Bed time bg = 6.4
    @ 0345 bg = 4.7 had some brie
    @ 0650 fbg = 6.9 bit high

    Will keep trying.

    6.2 = ok'ish. I had 'high day' yesterday..did lots of physical work and even I didn't change my eating from the usual...blood sugars did go up and couldn't get them down even I did result taking extra insulin. I must have plenty of spare energy going on in my stores...:meh:

    9.4, much better than yesterday but I was also up half of last night trying to fix a high and then trying to stop myself going low x.x

    Hi, 5.9 at 6:30. Which I was unhappy with as I only had 92g of carbs the day before and had a reasonable amount of exercise. According to my wristband I burnt 2200 calories.

    Hi everyone, 4.8 for me today so happy with this lowest ever,:happy: don't understand why though.:confused: I have been up most of the night with aching legs and feet very restless,:inpain: so thought this mornings reading would be much higher than this.
