6.3 this morning. Always a puzzle that it is often higher in the morning than the previous night even though I avoid carbs at night.

Sometimes my rises are only small not sure if DP is the cause or not!Thanks -I have -but the fluctuations are fairly small, say 6.0 at night to 6.3 AM. Only had one very obvious “liver dump” and traced that back to extra carbs -that went from 5.4 to 7. Will watch and see how it goes
