getting up in the morning
6.0 for me this morning! I'm prediabetic and just started regular testing, it was 6.5 a few days ago. Trying to eat low carb now and hopefully that will help. I didn't know a shower changed your BG!

4.6 for me this morning

it's dry outside at the moment so I may get some tidying in the garden done before we get to the 'heavy rain' which is forecast by lunchtime ;) looks like typical Bank Holiday weather.

Hi Karen.
I never really post advice as I don't have enough knowledge on D myself .
Only thing I want to say is I have found exercise like walking swimming etc can be so so beneficial for numbers and general health.
I have started a 2 mile walk each morning and have noticed quite a drop in my finger test results.
