5.4 at 08:14. Family now gone home. Loved having them but oh boy, has it been lively. We only get to see them a couple of times a year due to the distance between us. Our turn to visit them later in the year.

Tried an experiment yesterday to make some coconut flour pancakes for breakfast, didn't really have the correct ingredients so didn't turn out very well. Basically just used coconut flour, egg and milk. Seemed to lift my BS really high. Went up to 8, 2hrs after meal and that set me up for a bad day in the 6s. Skipped lunch because still higher than normal and had some home made chicken and mushroom soup for supper (had some in freezer so was easy to but prepare) Went to bed at 6.7 so really surprised at this mornings FBG.
