What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Not sure what's happening think I've got the diabetes Devil , Dragon and Demon all rolled into one lol . Had a 6.1 this am then retested an hr later before eating and it had risen to 6.7 yet it was 4.4 before bed! Then less carbs than usual for breakfast and it rose again to 9.4 .
 
Just no logic to it all. 7.7 this morning, after minimal carb day and plenty ofexercise yesterday.
All I can think of is that I had flu jab Monday afternoon, and feel a bit achy today.
 
I am breathing, too. With a wheeze, and 7.1.
Not unduly worried as after I have broken fast I see nice steady 5 s all day.
I have come to the conclusion that longer than 16 hours fasting does not work for me, cream doesn’t help, either, but eggs do. Therefore I am forming my own realistic eating plan.
