What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.1 this morning. Thought FBG would be really high as my first time making of cheese filled meatballs in tomato sauce with courgetti, for supper yesterday, proved a bit of a shock to the system. Bloods up in the high 6s for a number of hours. Hubby on the other hand loved it and has asked me to make it again. I'll make a convert of him yet.
 
Yikes! 7.1 this morning. Going for a brisk walk to see if I can improve on that.
Around the shops, of course.
