    Stemar 2,

I took my BG's at 05:30 hrs and they were 7:4, so I was Ok with that, as I'm usually around upper 6's or low 7's.

Apologies for my ignorance but I'm recently diagnosed type 2 and am wondering what the FBS indicates and why i should keep an eye on it? What should I be looking for and what behaviour would it affect? Thanks.

As far as I'm concerned you can post what numbers you like as long as it's not your bank balance.
