9.5 been poorly , suddenly had vomit a d . Horrendous . no food yesterday but 9.5 this morning. I had some mash and gravy at 5 couldn't face anything else, I'll check at 7 see what it is .

Hi, thank you I am much better today, my blood sugar was 7.2 after my mash and gravy lol. Still feeling a little queasy but lots better and thank you for caring

6.1 today, a reflection of date night! I cooked a meal. 4 courses. Didn't start eating til 7.30pm. Finishing off with coffee and homemade chocolates made using stevia. A little TOO delicious ;-)

Morning everyone. Fbg of 5.6 for me today . That is well outside the safe landing zone but neither me nor this WOE are perfect or even especially functional. Not a rip it up and start again day. Tweakage shall ensue. Stay as well and safe as circumstances permit.

I have been experiencing some symptoms so started testing - been as high as 10.4 and low as 4.1. From reading these posts think I should get tested at the GP? 5.3 this morning.
