What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.4 this morning. Not sure if that is due to the tot of rum last night. To determine if it is I will repeat the experiment tonight.

Snap for fbg and quiz night (not a fan) but not red wine. (We still have some decanted April 19 for Julie's birthday - will be there for mine on June 19th unless tipped away.) Take care.
 
6.6. Forgot the tot of rum last night. Will have a double tonight. continuation of experiment.
oh and I am happy with any fasting level under 7. Especially as I see 5s and high 4s during the rest of the day.
 
4.9 at 5.05. So, we had the roast dinner Julie wanted yesterday, beef was edible, and I have come out of it just about ok. Important not to forget the difficulties for those living with us managing diabetes with this woe IMHO.
