i take Metformin 500x3 , insulin Humulin 6 units, astrovastatin and my usual BG fasting is between 5.5 to 6.8

When i am not slept well or i have anxiety, it creeps up to 7.5 / 7.7

Morning All. A dastardly 6.6 this morning can only be down to bbq yesterday at 7.30pm either additives to meat or too much meat which has happened to me before or the small pool of Nandos medium sauce. Hugs @ert for the hypo not fair either after a lovely walk.
