Overslept this morning and then rushed to be to a Zoom-Meeting on time. Only managed to measure not quite fasting levels (4.9 mmol) after the meeting after a zip of espresso with cream.

Today, strange, up earlier than usual, 5.1. Thought I had beaten that pesky dawn phenomena. Two hours later, and still before breakfast 4.5. I would normally see a rise before eating. I can only attribute this anomaly to the rum and Pepsi max I had last night. Will need to see if I can replicate that in a repeat experiment, or should I say experiments.
