Very disappointed with 6.5 though I was up with upset tum in the night so that may be a reason. Happy Monday.

Still awaiting strips ! had to order more from another ebay seller and open case for refund against the other one . All a bit annoying but a pin prick in the great scheme of things lol . Did go for a 4 mile walk this morning so pleased with that .

7.2 this am levels crept up a bit with not testing regularly but, had bloods done today and see the Nurse on Thursday so will say I need to keep testing 4 times a day.

5.1 yesterday, red wine and long 2 hour walk day before.
5.5 today, no booze and 1hour 50 minute walk up a hill and back the day before.
