No impact from coming off the bydureon yet so that’s good but only been 4 days so far

Finally able to start testing again came in this morning with a not so brilliant 7.7 but hopefully start reducing the numbers now .

Your profile lists metformin. Do you think your diet is going so well that you could come off that too?

My doctor when my blood sugars got into normal range took me off metformin I however persuaded him to reinstate it as I believe it has other benefits one of which is it lowers my apatite and helps with weight control and that is the one that persuaded him, fortunately I don't suffer very much if at all with the tummy upsets it can cause.
