Thanks DJC3 ive taken a correction dose and numbers coming down currently 8.5 the joys of diabetes

Nothing about by BG and correlation to what I eat makes sense.
Have felt nauseous last few days. Not much appetite, but when I have felt like eating it has been starchy carbs, like wholemeal toast, barley soup, and last night, late supper of weetabix with oats, coconut milk, and walnuts with ground almonds. Weird, I know, but I gave in to the craving, even added a spoonful of demerara sugar. Woke to 5.1 this morning.
