5.0 fasting
6.8 @ 2 hours - a bit high for me
Yesterday I had my 3-monthly HbA1c - 5.3. I was very pleasantly surprised in view of my raised fasting levels. I think that means that my levels during the day have dropped which I am pleased about. (I can't afford the strips to test all day every day.) I am upping my Met in order to lose a bit of weight as the Endo wants. She also wants me to do more exercise :? and explained to me how to burn fat instead of sugar as I had been doing it wrong.

7.2 this morning. I guess the positive effect of my exercise on Wednesday has run out.

hi i know this is really late. but i normally wake up with a reading if 15-22.. but when i go to sleep i end with 5-7

5.9 at 2 hours post-breakfast.
Husband is back from his travels for a week so he can do the morning dog walk and I can go and do serious walking without the stopping to sniff everything dogs.

I've been away since Tuesday and not done very well with either food, drink, or testing!

Didn't test at all, Fri/Sat;
Today: 6.2 @ 09:15.
So - after an exhausting break visiting relatives, driving about 250 miles, lots of pain and stiffness, and not sleeping at all well, I'm back in my own bed and settling down to getting things back under control!
