Yesterday overall sugar kept going in range of 6 so I think it was perhaps some sort of liver dump...anyways am 37 hours into fasting now and I plan to continue till tomorrow till I make it to 72 hours or more so we shall see.
5.4 this morning, snowing here! We had already been to shops and back home by 8:35 got far more than I needed as Lidl had lots of stuff reduced even with a sell by of the 26th. Nothing much left to do now but chill. Happy Christmas Eve everyone.
