Ok finally came around to update the reading from this morning. It was 3.9 at 6:30 AM and then I checked later at 9:55 it was 4.2. I ended fasting at 12.30 and roughly an hour later my reading right now is 5.3 so looks like all good on this front.

Hi All. Disgracefully late but it was a disappointing 6.4. Need tomup my game. @HeliGary I really liked “running like a newborn giraffe” which is better than I could do.

5.6 very relieved to finally see a five again. Didn’t eat until about 7 last night so I thought it’d be higher - often is after a late dinner.

I thought I’d posted this this morning! Hope I don’t end up doing it twice!

Baked a SD loaf with 50% strong white and 50% Spelt, first time I've used the latter..... for the family and it was well recieved...
just love the process of fermentation.

6.7, never mind... Chips and I do not get on. But that’s the point to take from this, non diabetic hba1c doesn’t mean I am not diabetic
