What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

8.8 - Went to bed on a 7.3. Definitely a Diab.

Morning All well…a 7.0. Had lunch out yesterday salmon & ratatouille, safe I thought, so just had scrambled eggs in evening which was 5.7 before on Libre, fine I thought, I know nothing.
@DJC3 gentle hugs for the stomach cramps, hope you feel better asap. Hugs virtual oc for anyone else who needs them.

Elbow bumps back at ya, @ianpspurs
Well fasting made not a scrap of difference, 8.0 again.
I know, but I don’t feel like smiling but I will wave, as Ivam off out for a walk, a swim, and a bit of a sulk.

7.4 yesterday poor sleep ..and a much better 6.2 this am .I'm beginning to think that poor sleep is worse than high carbs.
It most certainly isn't just all about carb control. Necessary but far from sufficient. I have also found some evidence that LC can cause poor sleep. Haters gonna hate any hint of clouds in the LC sky but that is very much my experience which is why I went looking. I imagine it is a nightmare for those working, especially on shifts.

Mine at 8am today was 6.6 fasting, after workout 6.2 - but why do I always get a headache after a work out, any ideas out there?
Drink more water? Electrolytes in the form of santander magnesium?
Just ideas

I always have a big mug of tea first thing then take water & a black coffee with coconut oil to the gym with me

Morning All. 7.0 again so I feel I’m on a very slippery slope. Keeping daily carbs circa 20g with no snacking. I am wondering if getting up an hour later since the clocks went back might be it but am probs grasping at straws. @DJC3 hope you continue to feel better.
