What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

I always have a big mug of tea first thing then take water & a black coffee with coconut oil to the gym with me
Thank you - I will try the coconut oil but the coffee bit is a no no as I will get a migraine then lol But the tea yes :)

Highest ever 9.2.
Not much more I can do about that.

Back on 20mg gliclazide for a few days, pancreas gone on holiday
I can't find the link/thread but recently read a good article by Jenny Ruhl suggesting low carb and medication - not insulin - had good long term success. Don't make the perfect the enemy of the good is a sound dictum, IMHO. Best wishes (from a creepy old man but I'm sure your mum warned you.:angelic:)

I’ve stuck to 20g total carbs since coming of gliclazide last month, back on it for a couple of days to kickstart my pancreas again, now being sent for testing for MODY (4th time it’s slowed down since May) think it’s going to be ongoing

I have ordered the magnesium as I don't think I am getting enough. Hopefully it will make a difference as I have been very tired on and off recently and not sleeping well. My hair is growing back though at an alarming rate though after ditching the BP meds

Morning All. Still on the slippery slope 6.9 an hour earlier, ie. same time last week.
Oh well. Happy Thursday everyone, nearly the weekend.
