What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.6 this morning. Go me! So I went. For a walk that is. Two and a half miles. Easy going, uphill coming back. That hurt. A lot. No matter I have banked another mile and a half for rainy days.

11.3 ... my mornings are always between 9.0 and 12.0, i take glyburide 5mg morning and evening, during the day my levels are quite good but need to watch the lows late afternoon
Welcome to the forum

6.5 this morning. Can’t blame the meter, must be the meat ( lots of meat yesterday).
I was hoping my tough PT session in the park yesterday would have helped more I used a sandbag for the first time, now I can hardly lift my arms to type!
@Numan hugs, frustration is the name of the game for many of us.

7.9 - BUT I went to bed on a 10.0, so I’m kinda content with that, considering yesterday morning was a 8.6…. so, gotta be good thing.

Today, we got two of COSTCO’s finest, aged steaks, marvellous!

4.8. Back to the normal-for-me range. Managed a very good night's sleep last night which, amazing no one, helped a lot!

6.2 according to new Swipey - +2 pts from where I'm comfortable. @Numan @DJC3 and anyone else, it certainly is Oliver. @DEBBIESCOTT great set of fbgs. I enjoyed the gym thanks. MRI showed deterioration so a surgeon is needed - talk of possible steel work but we'll see. I have faith that may work. The evidence is mounting that my 6.5 year fling with Elsie is over.

Morning All. 7.3 an hour later than desired, another bad night and then slept late. @Ryhia thanks for the encouragement and virtual hugs to everyone struggling for whatever reason. Carp Diem or have a good Wednesday All.
