Rather pleased with a 6.1. Must be the miles. Not sure I can manage many of those today, though.
It is probably too soon to be aiming to get down to 5s, but it would be good to see them consistently by the middle of January.

7.2 this morning but once again I have not been able sleep and up till the early hours. My levels during the day have been okay ish . Need more sleep and perhaps I should sleep through Christmas as that's the compounding factor in all this, and stress Does the morning really matter?

Not a bad score for a cold Ian but take care, Whitty care. The littlies will do you a power of good. I know its preaching to the converted but I recommend tea, lots of it.
