@Ryhia , I clean after my lot have been! No use having to clean up twice in the same month!

Quite happy with what I am hoping will be a period of sticky sixes this morning with a 6.2. Just a half mile walk today, as still recovering from my exertions earlier this week.
Thank you @PenguinMum for the encouraging words. It has taken quite a while to get back down to sixes. Just have to keep striving, but not depriving. If I want a comforting slice of toast I will have it!

Morning All. A dastardly 7.1 today @Lainie71 I won’t even acknowledge mine with an expletive, maddening isn’t it? And on we go…happy Friday, take care, stay safe.
 
5.0 this morning. Thought I slept OK but seem to be very sluggish and unenthused about the day.

My 5.7 (Swipey stylee though) seems to be trending. Excuse me if I'm not enthusiastic to be at that level. @DEBBIESCOTT of course I enjoy the gym just frustrated by my limitations and wondering what a surgeon may be able to do to make me a nicer, kinder little boy. Big grin on my face due to the start of the O Antiphons (O Sapientia) - N Salopians must have got the email

Make that twice in the same year, Its the guest room and no one has been to stay over the last 12 months. Bearing in mind there is an inquisitive 3 year old in the mix this year, I really needed to bottom those places no one else ever ventures. It was amazing what I found hidden in there. Don't think I will go short of soaky bath sets for quite some time and I can probably open a bric a brac stall for the other stuff although maybe keep the bottles of strong stuff I found. Perhaps if I am lucky all the old toys belonging to the older grandkids (boxes of lego etc) may find a home with the ones visiting.
 
6.4 today. As the sun is bright it will be a walk, rather than swim today.

Diabetes management is like being on a treadmill. Keep pacing out, things will eventually work out.
