4.3 today. Bit disappointed yesterday as i tryed 12 grams of carbs (sugar free digestive 9 grams and i had a small tin of tuna on a cracker bread 3.5 grams) and my bloods went up by 2.5. I know the digestive was the problem as i am fine with the tuna and CB but i hear some people can tolerate more carbs after cutting them out for a while. There just so little i can do with a 10 grams of carb limit per meal

Morning All. A bad week of FBG 7s and two 8s. I don’t really know why as am sticking to less than 30g carbs/day. Also fitted in lots of garden work this week.

6.5 after a 21 hour fast. I didn't set out to fast that long - normally about16 hours - but I wasn't hungry and I was busy. Rather disappointed, as I'd hoped for a lower reading.
