4.3 today. Bit disappointed yesterday as i tryed 12 grams of carbs (sugar free digestive 9 grams and i had a small tin of tuna on a cracker bread 3.5 grams) and my bloods went up by 2.5. I know the digestive was the problem as i am fine with the tuna and CB but i hear some people can tolerate more carbs after cutting them out for a while. There just so little i can do with a 10 grams of carb limit per meal
