What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Swipey he say 5.3 @ 4.27. Ian he say I don't trust you, Elsie or Ketoweetowoos but never say never guys. @Estragon I shoulda, coulda, woulda patented that one. @BrianDoc great start to Cheltenham week. @DEBBIESCOTT intervals and gardening - above and beyond lady. Go Team D.
 
6.1, *even* with a reduction in insulin; may have been having reactive hypoglycemia before on higher insulin; now checking for hypos with alarm clock middle of the night;
 
8.7 - Double ouch….
 
morning all. a nice crisp sunny morning to start the week off, lets hope it stays that way. 8.5 this morning after a 7.6 bedtime bg. had about 80g of carbs yesterday so obviously time to recalabrait, recalobrat, rec ..... change!
 
Morning All 7.0 this morning, mad really had big roast at 2.30 yesterday and didnt eat after that. But that D for you! Have the best Monday you can everyone.
 
Morning all from Spring like Forest Heath. How you doin? A dysfunctional 5.6 on Swipey here so yesterday was a fail for bg control but Sunday lunch with 92 yo MIL and JKP was as good as Elsie gets for that kinda meal. Watched TV afterwards so Family Life 5 Elsie 0. Hope the week continues so well @BrianDoc . A very Duracel day @DEBBIESCOTT - makes my planned gym session look quite value range. Go Team D.

FBG today is 6.4 it's not a number that gives me much satisfaction - bit concerned as bloods are not going down during the day. Guess I will just take inspiration from what others on this thread have done, knuckle down, try doing a reset and see if things improve. Have a good day everyone.
