She'll be right.FBG today is 6.4 it's not a number that gives me much satisfaction - bit concerned as bloods are not going down during the day. Guess I will just take inspiration from what others on this thread have done, knuckle down, try doing a reset and see if things improve. Have a good day everyone.

This morning I am happy with my 5.8.
Did they taste as good as usual welsh cakes ?4.0 today. Had my first welshcake in over a year last night. Wife used Canderel bake instead of sugar and bloods were fine.Its £2.66 in morristons at the moment. She going to try cup cakes next. Have a nice dayeveryone
Hi mojo37, yes they did and no after taste. My wife uses a recipe that only has 50grams of caster sugar. So it was just 50grams of canderal bake instead which made it easier. Taste and texture of a normal welsh cake but with a little bit less sugar than usual ( if that makes sense ). I tested before and 2 hrs later ( 5.5 to 5.6 ) so having another 1 tonightDid they taste as good as usual welsh cakes
