Thank you, I'll try to take your advice. I'll let you know.@RosemaryJackson other health issues prevented me from doing much walking until about 6 months ago, since then I took advice of others on this forum, walk every day, got my morning levels firmly into the 5s, and lost 38lb. If you can manage it, try walking, even if it’s only for 10 minutes after meals.
You really think I will say yay or nay to that? Not telling, as you will have too much power if I do.Long may the contentment continue. Your nemesis is gravy isn't it?
Hey @RosemaryJackson , remember you have had surgery recently, too. This can upset the equalibrium. Just need to give it time.Thank you, I'll try to take your advice. I'll let you know.
Hi. I never even gave that a thought! Thank you. That's eased my mind a bit.Hey @RosemaryJackson , remember you have had surgery recently, too. This can upset the equalibrium. Just need to give it time.
Stress? Illness or infection? Poor sleep?Morning all. 7.2 again after a 6.8 bedtime reading again. Beginning to think my monitor is stuck! I have been very careful and counted all my carbs and stayed under 30. Don't eat after 6pm so why am I not going down?
You’re doing great, really. I’m also wobbling in and out of 7s and 6s. But over 24 months my HBA1C has crashed down from 89 to 46. So, I’ve come to the conclusion that as long as I can sustain these levels, I’ll be fine, that, and my eyesight and my feet don’t play up, and so far they haven’t, I’m good to go.7.2 again after a 6.8 bedtime reading again.
