What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning all. Have suddenly got Vertigo and last night reading was 8.4 and this morning 8.7. Can dizziness affect the levels? It's not as bad today but have no idea what has caused it.
 
7.9 - Up most of the night with these severe, sustained cramps. Phoned 111 at 3 am after cramps starting 8pm. Spoke with nurse this morning and was told to come off of the Orlistat treatment. Got a Hospital appt at 11am for bloods etc.

From your other posts I see you went carnivore/ longer between meals. Did you keep up fluids and salt? That could have dizzy effect
 
FBG 11.7 :( after a before bed of 6.3? Ugh

Either dinner/dessert hadn’t worked its way through yet or I’ve picked up something. Either way ugh.
 
FBG 5.8 and its sunny and breezy looking out the window today. Well it looks breezy unless the flowers are just waving to me. Have a lovely Sunday. :)
 
Morning All. 7.5 today largely caused by a big handful of crisps watching tv last night. No one to blame but myself and though I feel awful guilt I just need to carry on carrying on. My next A1c is in Sept so I need to be better. Have a great Sunday everyone.
 
Morning all. @MrsA2, ate lttle and often and definitely kept up the fluids but not sure about the salt. Atm, I seem to be suffering from vertigo, a pulled muscle in my shoulder , a cracked rib (getting more comfortable) and cataarh (not sure I've spelt that right). But.......last night's reading was 7.1 and fbg was 7.2.
 
Morning All 7.5 which is odd since I ate very little yesterday but there I am. Poor sleep again but who knows. So fed up of this hot weather. Have the best Monday you can everyone.
