What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.3 this morning. Looks promising for a lovely day today.
 
Morning All. 7.1 despite only two small meals yesterday. Think the needle is stuck!

Hurt because brekkie early was a slice LC toast (7g carbs ) and tea.
Late lunch was leftover bbq meat at son’s house so 1 lamb kofta and one chicken thigh with mixed salad about 2.30/3pm. So should be well under my limit of 30g/day. Oh and two big glasses wine
 
8.6 - I’m just so predictable…. Could’ve it been the delicious Salmon Pasta last night? Definitely. However, it was delicious.
 
Morning All. Thanks @Estragon I needed that validation esp since I am 7.4 this morning! Not understanding how this is relating to how I est so am going to pop a Libre 2 on today. Also today I have an eye injection so see how that affects me.
