Sounds good to me but I guess it depends on what meds you are taking?BG of 4.1 this morning. A tad on the low side.?
Valid question, @valann
Testing late does make a difference to me, and some others. It is known as Dawn Phenomenon.

Though I suppose if it averages out over the day I ought not to worry too much.
I am more of a night owl than a lark, so do find BG continues to rise until I eat something. Conundrum for me is that I don’t like to eat early. I quick cup of coffee with a teaspoonful of cream tends to lower the BG . I guess I ought to keep a kettle and a fridge next to the bed.![]()
Morning All. 7.0 again this morning. So fed up with it. Have a good Thursday everyone.
Only if you felt ill with it.BG of 4.1 this morning. A tad on the low side.?
No need to apologise. You can say what you feel. No judgments here.Sorry for breaking the “with some chat”.
Sure, but you are staying with the hard stuff: Diet, when it’s comfortable for you and taken DATA points to register just where you’re at. I have to do the same, and a big “yes” to getting upset when my condition doesn’t respond the way I want it. Here’s the thing, just imagine IF you didn’t, if you didn’t collect DATA points and get a comfortable diet? You’re miles away from where you were - yeah?i’m above target again and the usual correction seems to have little/no effect by morning.
