What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

FBG 9.0 this morning. Rubbish result but now need to knuckle down and get back on track.

Now back from first cruise since diagnosis - alot of less then ideal numbers but alot learnt for the future. Didnt help the second sensor ive ever had is consistently 2-5mmol above fingerprick after the first was usually within 1! My time in range is rubbish now.
