Not testing so just lurking for now as I'm having fortnightly chemo, lots of scans (so no Swipey) and loads of detailed blood tests which include random blood glucose. Attached is Friday's so I'll assume bg isn't wildly misbehaving. Looking at the time the blood was taken well before I would have eaten but I would have had >3 litres of tea, probably 4. Interestingly, not bothered about cholesterol. @PenguinMum hug for sciatica. Take care.

You keep lurking Ian as far as I am concerned you are very welcome - hope the chemo continues to go well - warm thoughts to you.

FBG 6.0 this morning. Not ideal and bloods have been up all day but not because of poor diet - a little anxiety perhaps, couple of different hospital appointments in recent days and one forthcoming - unfortunately the one I was actually waiting for an MRI scan, I couldn't attend as I needed to be somewhere else. Bah!

Ranged between 4.9 and 5.6 this week. Last weeks hba1c and cholesterol results are in - 37 and 4.8 so happy with them. Feet also ok. Just waiting to see if the DN will bother to ring for my review!!
