Morning All. Well I seem to be edging down 0.2 every day since Christmas and though the direction is good I will be glad to see the sticky 6s again. @karen8967 I too am glad to see you back hope you are well.

Morning all. Does anyone else lose track of the days??? Whatever day it is, FBGwise it's not a good one! Bedtime 8.3. This morning 8.4. And I had a very low carb day yesterday.

My fasting blood glucose always rockets first thing. Before evening meal it is usually between 5 and 7 but I suffer from a serious case of dawn phenomenon.
So today at 6:50 my bg was 5.2 but by 7:20 it was 9.4 and all before breakfast
