What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Good morning All. 7.2 this morning but out to dinner at friends and though I tried to keep it LC it got very late and then had a very stressful 40 minute drive home around -4.5 C in our dodgy lanes. Anyway careful day today. Happy Sunday everyone.

Morning all from a wintery, snowy Nova. My morning sugars were 7.6 and my bedtime sugars were 11.2. These unpleasant figures are despite the fact that yesterday I had less than 50 grams of carbs. The 11.2 came from a glass of milk. The positives, over the last few days my daily average has dropped from 8.4 to 6.2 mmol/L which is great. Edit - and 120 sit ups and a short walk.

6.8 this morning again, but it is what it is. Did a 50 min work out yesterday and Monday will be the same. The weather is so cold I wonder if that's playing a part to my day readings which are in the 6s also

Can stress cause increase bg level to 2 mmol/L in 5 minutes?

7.1 - Went to bed on a 9.1, following a slightly-carbi, homemade Moussaka, thank you Mrs E, it was verrrry delicious, σας ευχαριστώ (sas efcharistó). Really happy I pulled back 2 points overnight.

OK, Monday sees me taking the E-chariot off for its annual MOT and Main Service, and I get to drive a Curtesy Chariot, emblazoned with Garage’s Advertising. You could see me coming from outta Space!
