What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning All. Another bad night here with bad head cold. Didn’t eat much yesterday hence 6.2 this morning. BUT I became a great aunt for the second time yesterday which makes me very happy. Happy Monday all
 
7.0 - Down from last night’s 8.8, I’ll also take that, and the Boy Band’s Biggest: “Back For Good”….Ah, to be young.

The NFL SUPER-BOWL 2023 was the best I’d witnessed. RiRi’s halftime extraordinaire performance was well in its time.

OMG I love chocolate florentines I haven't had one in years. I bought a bag of nuts with bits of dried fruit with some bits of chocolate. A kind of disassembled florentine, it just wasn't the same.

5.1 here. F and M good florentine not, nothing to do with carbs. Just wrong on so many levels. Congratulations on new great auntshiphood. @Estragon RiRi ?? - any other cultures (and demographics) you wanna appropriate fella? @DEBBIESCOTT hope hospital went well. Peleton at work - chapeau.
