6.8 at 7am then down to 5.5 by 11am long walk was involved and a cooked breakfast .

Fixed for ya, 4.8 here and only breakfast involved is sometimes h/m almond milk in tea. So not pure IF. Not much almond in that. 60 gms and litre or so of water leaves about 50 gms slurry to dry and grind into almond flour.

Fbs 6.55am - 80mg/dl (4.5mmol/l)

Yesterday night 6.5 mmol/l...1 hour after dinner..
2hours post dinner - 102mg/dl (5.6mmol/l)
