What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning All. 7.2 which is likely due to eating two small new potatoes worth of sautéed that I made for Mr PM to go with his fish! That smell! Will I never learn that the starches are demons for me! Anyway back on the horse today. Have a great weekend everyone.

Think I am finally getting over SAD, I've felt really bad this year, I have been living in a dark place, lost motivation and have been continually hungry so snacking quite a bit and consequently I've put on weight. Starting to feel better so I am trying to change things around, by being more disciplined but I have said that before - its a never ending challenge - mostly unsuccessful. I've got annual A1c in June so something to work towards. My efforts seem to have paid off for this morning. Weh-hey! FBG 5.1.
Have a good day folks. :)

6.2 and happy with that.
Will be even happier if the results from keto 800fast show lowered HbA1c, but there has been no weight loss, and I have been ill. As mentioned by lots of you good folks, for plenty of us there are mysteries to this T2 business, and no rhyme or reason to what turns up to challenge us.

Been in the 7s for over a month and getting fed up.
Last night went to bed late (2 am) after being hungry so had double cream just before. (Usually close eating window at 7pm)
Couldn't sleep for ages. (Good sleep is good for bg, supposedly)
Woke before 7 am, and yes you guessed it
6.5!!!!
