What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.2 again this morning. Got my blood test results back yesterday. GP clinic leaves a message saying all is good I can either make an appointment with doctor to hear my results or go on My health app to access them. So I log on and it tells me I can’t access til a week after they are uploaded. Grrrrrr. It would take longer to get an appointment, so I will wait unhappily.

Morning all. 5.6 on Swipey today - no Rod me neither. Can't be doing multivariate analysis but almost end stage Swipey, lowest carb I could find sausages , incipient hay fever and sub 10k steps are all persons of interest in my investigations. @PenguinMum good fbg after yesterday - I had to google for the Battersea link.

8.8 - And now for the excellent good new: The Cardiac MRI has shown to my cardiac registrars that I have far more healthy heart than they saw on the Angiogram, so much more that I’m out of the morbid range for medical treatments. I’m back home, catchin up on all my detective episodes!

Guys, thanks for the support you’ve shown me - thank you.
