Morning all, 9.3 this morning . Probably the thin slice of chocolate cake I had yesterday afternoon. When I say a thin slice it ran the risk of blowing away.

5.4 this morning . Was surprised as had been eating yummy food at a multicultural festival yesterday. Have since been for a walk with my mini girl this morning

Morning All 7.0 but had lovely roast at son’s and though passed on potatoes did give in to roasted roots and gravy. Today’s another day, need to get back to 6s. Hope you all have a good Monday and those who need to are getting better.

14.4 In everyone's experience, how soon will I start hitting 4 and 5? I've had a long spate of illness and they have come down from 22 as I'm trying to look after myself and my diabetes better but just wondering how long will it take please? (Apologies if it's the wrong forum)

4.9 here late posting as minding 2 children and a 93 year old MIL for Rishi. @Justabovewater welcome. Different timescales for different folks. 22 to 14 is excellent progress so stick with it.
