Well done mate, fantastic Hba1c. No more metformin?Latest A1c 37 first for 2 years. Told I can come off the diabetic register if I want. I still don't think Elsie works - 'tis the tea and salmon salad.
Thanks. I'll try to hang on to the 1 which I take for the other potential benefits - provided Drs agree to pay up for it. I don't think 1 actually makes any difference to my bg. I've gone without for a whole cycle in the past with no rise but others will need it. I don't advocate anyone else stopping without Drs say so. My A1c has been non D for 8 years from within 3 months of the tea and salad diet - both of which I really like. Lost 25% of starting weight in those 3 months which has stayed off - ( now 72/73 kgs; 6 ft tall). I can't imagine how I could possibly eat enough cals on Elsie to change that. Again, not everyone is the same. This is all N=1.Well done mate, fantastic Hba1c. No more metformin?
Well done, does it help? I have often thought about adding to my regeim5.6, that's after 2 penguin choc bars at 8pm
