Keeping BGs in check is a daily challenge, but well worth the effort.U R an inspiration to us all!!!
What goes up should eventually come down. FBG this morning 6.3. That's more like it, back in the zone again.
Fbg 5 here - meh. Peanut butter eh? Kg tubs of Bulk Foods PB are rather spiffing but may I suggest changing the spoon ?Morning All 8.0 today likely due to a run in before bed with a freshly opened jar of Whole Earth crunchy peanut butter and a spoon! That will teach me but it was delishHave a good Tuesday everyone.
Are you also doing finger prick test because some people find quite a discrepancy between Libre and finger pricking .Mine this morning are 15.7 on the Libre sensor and I don't know how it's that but it's coming out as that on it still high
I agree helps keep me on track. And aim for the best I can. Especially having got off Gliclazide and aiming for the metformin is a few months. Just got to figure the carbs out and increase exercise.Keeping BGs in check is a daily task, but well worth the effort.
Logging my results here, it must be said, helps to keep me incentivised!
Good! Stay positive, well done. T2 is a condition I need to live with - simples!Anyway it is what it is and compared to several months ago it is a very good number for me .
