What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning
Sun!
but 6.3
not surprised as I managed to do something to my knee when walking last night - felt like something slipped- still hurts so will try not to use it too much today. I have ibroprofen gelled up, a knee brace on and will find out my walking poles and find a gentle walk

Morning All 8.0 today likely due to a run in before bed with a freshly opened jar of Whole Earth crunchy peanut butter and a spoon! That will teach me but it was delish :) Have a good Tuesday everyone.
Fbg 5 here - meh. Peanut butter eh? Kg tubs of Bulk Foods PB are rather spiffing but may I suggest changing the spoon ? :D

6.3 again this morning was hoping to back in the 5's but awake from just after midnight till 4.30 and very very hungry so did have a snack about 2am . Anyway it is what it is and compared to several months ago it is a very good number for me .

Keeping BGs in check is a daily task, but well worth the effort.
Logging my results here, it must be said, helps to keep me incentivised!
I agree helps keep me on track. And aim for the best I can. Especially having got off Gliclazide and aiming for the metformin is a few months. Just got to figure the carbs out and increase exercise.

6.8 this morning. Not sure why.
Gym yesterday morning, walk with the mini dachs in evening and a small workout before bed.
Eating kale slaw and quinoa low carb crisp breads with homemade pesto (3) for lunch. The rest of the Kale slaw and homemade tomato and pumpkin soup for dinner. Snack in afternoon small bag of cashews and some strawberries.
