4.9 @6.46 from Libre. @RoughcutAU great start and both versions virtually the same. @DEBBIESCOTT one is exhausted just reading about all your exercise. @Lainie71 rain? I am in a dustbowl just about the driest part of the driest part of the UK - Breckland. First misty morning today so soon need a layer then socks and all the other nonsense

Good Morning,

FBG Fingerprick 6.8 Libre 6.1 … putting that one down to last nights stirfry with rice. It was yummy though.

Will have to experiment abit more to see if the low GI rice makes any real difference to regular rice.
