Been off linagliptin 1 month and numbers rising especially pre and post meals but dn wont listen.Might go for an earlier hba1c.Errrm Apologies flonvic, but bird feeding station is not set up yet......

Thankyou @LivingLightly. In theory yes, different rewards would be an option. But there is nothing else in particular that my brain would find a reward. Unless you count retail therapy, and I haven't got the budget for that. I need surgery, so a bath or a walk are not an option either unfortunately. Perhaps I can find a book (though I like to read those cover to cover, in one go, which is not particularly sustainable)Hi @Peanut234 Not a great start to your day.
