That’ll be meeeee…..……hugs to those that seek them.
Hi Omar51.
You are a massive inspiration , with your disciplined low BG readings. Very well done .
Just like to say from my side of the fence though.......
Coffee is here to stay! Lol
@ravensmitten[/USER] you are a saint to put up with that nonsense and attitude of your doctor. Follow your own best instincts.
Ravensmitten, the best comeback you can give them is to show that what you are doing WORKS. And allow yourself a smirk. All power to you!
Stunning!5.7 on rising today
Stunning!
Ah avocets, so elegant and beautifully proportioned; the Audrey Hepburn of wading birds according to Chris Packham. We see them along the Thames Estuary, spoonbills too, but the glossy ibis turns up just occasionally. Good luck.Oh doctor, if you insist!!
I just found out that avocet have just arrived locally. Very seldom seen in North Devon, so I'm off to find it, along with glossy ibis and a possible spoonbill. Wish me luck
5.3 this morning. I'll keep doing what seems to work for me, that's daily testing and a very low carb way of eating. Blessings everyone and hugs abounding.
See, your body can take back control, it just needed that wake up call by some careful, prolonged fasting. Do monitor how you’re feeling during a fast, and should you drop into a Hypo - please? But well done. I also use this to get my EndoSys back into line. Well done @Ashybang, well done. What I would invite you to do, going forward, is that you remember your remedies and use them for the future, will you do it? 5.7 is something to be proud of.Upshot is, my BG this morning on waking was 5.7 mmol.
